Pokémon Center shops in Japan

ポケモンセンター

A Pokémon Center is The Pokémon Company's own full-size shop: plush, apparel, stationery, homeware, sealed cards, and goods made for that shop and sold nowhere else — the Yokohama one has its own, so does Kyoto. Most large cities have one, usually on an upper floor of a department store or a station building, and the busiest open with a queue. What they do not sell is single cards: for those, a card shop in Akihabara, Ikebukuro or Den Den Town is the place. New card sets sell out on the morning of release.

How this list is built

Branches come from the chain’s own shop list, with the date of the last check on each shop page. Nobody pays to be listed. How we check and rank, in full.
