Nintendo shops in Japan
任天堂
Nintendo runs five shops of its own: Nintendo TOKYO in Shibuya PARCO, Nintendo OSAKA in Umeda, Nintendo KYOTO near the company's home city centre, Nintendo FUKUOKA at Hakata station, and Nintendo Check-in, a small counter at Kansai airport. They sell goods rather than games — plush, apparel, stationery, shop-exclusive items — and the Tokyo one asks for a numbered ticket at busy times. Two Kirby Cafe stores carry the same maker's goods, and 1-UP Factory sits inside Super Nintendo World, which needs a park ticket.
9 shops in 4 prefectures, with facts read on their official page.

How this list is built
A shop is listed when the licence is a real reason to go there: an official store, or a shop whose own pages say it stocks that universe. Nobody pays to be listed. How we check and rank, in full.
