Manga shops in Akihabara

秋葉原

Akihabara is not the district for manga volumes — that is Nakano — but it is where the doujinshi shops are. K-BOOKS on 3F of Radio Kaikan and Lashinbang's two shops handle second-hand doujinshi and anime goods, Mandarake Complex nine floors of them, and the animate branch covers new volumes and magazines. BOOKOFF near the station is the cheap end, sorted by publisher rather than by title. Doujinshi shops are age-gated in part, and photography is refused on most floors.
