Three floors of Bandai Namco arcade in the Cosmo Building, open to midnight: crane games and capsule machines at street level, video and music games upstairs. It is the district's answer to a rainy afternoon, and the only door in Nipponbashi still open after the shops have shut.

Trap · The law closes the upper floors to children: under-16s cannot be on the second and third floors after 19:00 and under-18s not after 22:00, though an under-16 with a parent may stay until 22:00. The ground floor is not affected, so an evening with children stays on the crane games and capsules.
