Not a shop to browse but a counter to sell at: Card Labo's sales-and-buyback centre for Namba, on the second floor of the Kotobuki Building. If you are leaving Japan with cards you do not want, this is the door that exists for that, and it is quieter than a queue at a shop that is also serving buyers.
To know · Second floor, 12:00 to 20:00, and the buying counter runs 12:30 to 19:00 — it opens half an hour after the shop and shuts an hour before it.
Trap · Selling in Japan needs your passport, and a card is valued on its condition in the sleeve, not on what it fetches online. Sort before you queue: unsleeved bulk is what turns a ten-minute counter into an hour.
