Otaku shops in Nakano

Nakano is one building and one walk. Five minutes north of the station, at the end of a covered arcade, Nakano Broadway holds nearly everything mapped here: Mandarake alone runs around twenty specialised units across the floors, each given over to one thing — comics on 3F, vintage toys and dolls on 4F, cards, micro models and cosplay on 2F. Around them sit second-hand dealers, model railway specialists and the zine shop Taco Che. Prices are collector prices rather than bargain-hunting ones, and most units keep the building's rhythm, roughly noon to 20:00.
