Otaku shops in Tokyo Station

Tokyo Station is the character-goods stop, not a second-hand one. On the Yaesu side, one basement floor down, Tokyo Character Street lines up official shops one after another inside Tokyo Station Ichibangai: Pokemon, Chiikawa, Studio Ghibli, Jump, One Piece, Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Rilakkuma, Sanrio, and the television channels' own stores. Everything is new goods at list price, much of it exclusive to the shop, and the street keeps station hours, roughly 10:00 to 20:30 — which makes it the one district you can shop with a suitcase in hand, on the way out.
